A family reunion under one roof

• Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are on the ground floor, right by the big kitchen and dining area. Every room has its own bathroom with shower and WC.
• No bunk beds, not even in the children’s rooms. The three extra beds are full-size and a cot is free.
• Every room and bathroom has its own thermostat, so nobody argues about the temperature.
• A big wooden table for the whole family and two full kitchens. Cooking for twenty is comfortable here.
• A fenced 4,500 m² garden with a playground, trampoline and table tennis within sight of the gazebo, and a stream at the edge of the grounds. The pool can be locked.
• Dogs are welcome. The shop and restaurants are 150 m from the gate.

There are no TVs in the bedrooms. There are two large Smart TVs: in the ground-floor kitchen and in the Apartment Suite.

You pay for the whole house per night, not per person: 13 400 Kč (≈ 535 €) off-season, 14 900 Kč (≈ 595 €) in winter, on holidays and in summer, 18 000 Kč (≈ 720 €) at Christmas. Minimum stay 2 nights, on holidays 3 nights.

• The whole house for your group of friends — Seven bedrooms, a sauna, billiards, a fire pit and a gazebo with grills. Nobody else past the gate.
• Company retreats and team building — A team trip for up to 22: fast Wi-Fi, one big table, a sauna, a fire pit and outdoor programme in summer and winter.
• A birthday party with an overnight stay — A big table, two kitchens, a gazebo with grills and a fire pit. Nobody has to drive home afterwards.
• A ski week with children — Free ski bus 200 m from the gate, slopes 1.9 km away, a ski room that dries boots and a sauna after skiing.
• A summer stay with a pool and sauna — A heated, covered pool, a private sauna, a fenced 4,500 m² garden and trips on foot from the gate.
