A birthday party with an overnight stay

• A big wooden table by the ground-floor kitchen where everyone sits down together.
• Two full kitchens with oven and dishwasher; the big one also has a wine fridge, a large fridge and a fridge-freezer.
• A gazebo for 20 with two large electric grills and a fire pit with a gabion wall that lights up by itself after dark.
• A Finnish sauna just for you and, from May to the end of September, a heated pool lit up in the evening.
• A billiard table and a large Smart TV in the Apartment Suite.
• Every room has its own bathroom with shower and WC, so nobody trudges across the house in the morning.

This is not a place for a loud party. Because of the neighbours: no speakers or sound systems in the garden and no music in the evening. Sitting by the fire, talking and laughing late into the night is absolutely fine.

You pay for the whole house per night: 13 400 Kč (≈ 535 €) off-season, 14 900 Kč (≈ 595 €) in winter, on holidays and in summer. Minimum stay 2 nights.

• The whole house for your group of friends — Seven bedrooms, a sauna, billiards, a fire pit and a gazebo with grills. Nobody else past the gate.
• A family reunion under one roof — Each family its own room and bathroom, one big table for everyone, a playground and a lockable pool.
• Company retreats and team building — A team trip for up to 22: fast Wi-Fi, one big table, a sauna, a fire pit and outdoor programme in summer and winter.
• A ski week with children — Free ski bus 200 m from the gate, slopes 1.9 km away, a ski room that dries boots and a sauna after skiing.
• A summer stay with a pool and sauna — A heated, covered pool, a private sauna, a fenced 4,500 m² garden and trips on foot from the gate.
