A summer stay with a pool and sauna

• The pool is heated from May to the end of September and stays around 27 °C in summer. It is lit in the evening and can be locked.
• A Finnish sauna with a lounge and shower, included in the price and with no time slots.
• A 4,500 m² garden with mature trees and a stream at its edge, a playground with climbing frames and rope elements, a trampoline and table tennis.
• A gazebo for 20 with two large electric grills and a fire pit for the whole group.
• Trips: nine on foot from the gate, such as the treetop walk in Janské Lázně or llama trekking. Within half an hour by car the Sněžka cable car; for a full day the Adršpach rocks or the Safari Park Dvůr Králové.

At the start and end of the season the water is cooler. It’s not an indoor hall where you set the temperature — the weather has the final say.

In summer (late June to early September) 14 900 Kč (≈ 595 €) for the whole house per night, minimum stay 5 nights. Off-season 13 400 Kč (≈ 535 €).

• The whole house for your group of friends — Seven bedrooms, a sauna, billiards, a fire pit and a gazebo with grills. Nobody else past the gate.
• A family reunion under one roof — Each family its own room and bathroom, one big table for everyone, a playground and a lockable pool.
• Company retreats and team building — A team trip for up to 22: fast Wi-Fi, one big table, a sauna, a fire pit and outdoor programme in summer and winter.
• A birthday party with an overnight stay — A big table, two kitchens, a gazebo with grills and a fire pit. Nobody has to drive home afterwards.
• A ski week with children — Free ski bus 200 m from the gate, slopes 1.9 km away, a ski room that dries boots and a sauna after skiing.
