The whole house for your group of friends

• Beds for 22 and no bunk beds: 19 fixed beds and 3 full-size extra beds in seven bedrooms. Every room has its own bathroom with shower and WC.
• The Apartment Suite for 10 with a living area, a billiard table and its own kitchen — the place to retreat to when you need a break even from your own group.
• Two full kitchens and a big wooden table where everyone sits down together.
• A Finnish sauna just for you, no bookings and no time slots. From May to the end of September a heated, covered pool.
• A fire pit for the whole group and a gazebo for 20 with two large electric grills. You can grill in rain and snow.
• Shop, restaurants and bowling 150 m from the gate, train 500 m. Free parking on the grounds: 7 cars easily, 10–11 at a squeeze.

Because of the neighbours: no speakers in the garden and no music in the evening. Sitting by the fire and talking late into the night is absolutely fine.

You pay for the whole house per night, not per person: 13 400 Kč (≈ 535 €) off-season, 14 900 Kč (≈ 595 €) in winter, on holidays and in summer. Minimum stay 2 nights.

• A family reunion under one roof — Each family its own room and bathroom, one big table for everyone, a playground and a lockable pool.
• Company retreats and team building — A team trip for up to 22: fast Wi-Fi, one big table, a sauna, a fire pit and outdoor programme in summer and winter.
• A birthday party with an overnight stay — A big table, two kitchens, a gazebo with grills and a fire pit. Nobody has to drive home afterwards.
• A ski week with children — Free ski bus 200 m from the gate, slopes 1.9 km away, a ski room that dries boots and a sauna after skiing.
• A summer stay with a pool and sauna — A heated, covered pool, a private sauna, a fenced 4,500 m² garden and trips on foot from the gate.
