• Seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, every room with its own. No bunk beds.
• Fast Wi-Fi throughout the house and outside on the grounds — you can work and stream from here.
• A big wooden table for the whole group, a living area with a billiard table in the Apartment Suite and two large Smart TVs.
• In the evening a fire pit and a gazebo for 20 with two large electric grills, and a Finnish sauna with no time slots.
• Outdoors: 43 tried-and-tested trips within an hour of the house, the Sněžka cable car 20 minutes by car, and in winter slopes on one ski pass with a free ski bus 200 m from the gate.
• About 2 hours by car from Prague and from Wrocław, train station 500 m from the house. Free parking on the grounds: 7 cars easily, 10–11 at a squeeze.

You cook in two full kitchens; restaurants are 150 m from the gate. Because of the neighbours: no speakers in the garden and no music in the evening.

You pay for the whole house per night: 13 400 Kč (≈ 535 €) off-season, 14 900 Kč (≈ 595 €) in winter, on holidays and in summer. Minimum stay 2 nights.

• A ski week with children — Free ski bus 200 m from the gate, slopes 1.9 km away, a ski room that dries boots and a sauna after skiing.
• A summer stay with a pool and sauna — A heated, covered pool, a private sauna, a fenced 4,500 m² garden and trips on foot from the gate.
